How to beat the heat.
I was reading in a recent article online that SPICY food does the trick - a relief from the heat? You're probably wondering, SPICY?! Well, it's true ... from someone who eats spicy and from another who wrote the article online. How does it do it? Well, when you eat spicy, you of course, sweat. And sweating helps keep your body cool down. So the next time you come upon a heat wave, eat something hot ... eat something spicy. And make sure to drip that sweat.
Even on a hot day, I like to drink that nice cup of hot coffee. Why? Not because it cools me down... hehehehe... but because I'm just ADDICTED to the caffeine. I am a coffee lover ... if I go without it, I have one big headache.
Anyway, just remember to keep drinking that water ... water is of course the best thing to keep your body hydrated. 8 cups a day of nothing but fresh clean H2O.

Kimchi ... my favorite side dish. =) It might be spicy for some, but it's a necessity for me. hehehehe.
